Progress Update 14

I've been on a pretty steady track of weight loss for the last couple of weeks, but the exciting news (for me) is that today's weigh-in was under 205, which is important because it's the lowest I've weighed in...I honestly don't know how long. It's almost certainly my lowest weight since college. In 2010, I was hovering around the 205 barrier for months, and never quite got under it, before eventually gaining back into the 250's

It's not just numbers, either - people are noticing, and I'm having to update my wardrobe because old clothes are just too big and look and feel too ridiculous. It's one thing to see numbers on a scale; it's another to have truly tangible results.

Perhaps the thing I'm proudest of, though, is that I'm actually within spitting distance of a goal I've had since early college - to get back under 200 pounds. I may not get there before the end of the year, but the fact I've made it this far means a lot to me.
